Because of the expensive premium I bought this Jimny in Sep 2006 to instead of the 1988 Samurai. The Jimny had been 3" suspension lift when I bought it. The bigger tyres and rims at 235/75/15 are removed from the Samurai, and I replaced the 4 new absorbers, also removed away the front anti-roll bar for improving the articulation, and installed a switch to ON/OFF the ABS system for safety in offroading. But I have to say I do love the Samurai more than the Jimny, what do you think?
